I find Ms. Ringer’s story inspiring. I think she is a role model to all of the young girls out there who may struggle with an eating disorder, making it into the dance world, and as they get older, transferring into the family life. She has made it all happen… Ms. Ringer is like Superwoman! She has achieved many accomplishments in her lifetime. Mr. Macaulay’s comments were unjust and uncalled for. Although everyone is entitled to their opinions… it the dance he is supposed to be talking about for goodness sake! Her body should not be the issue of discussion. I feel that he just added that in as a last minute side comment. She is a beautiful, accomplished dancer ,whose achievements should not be overlooked by her body(which is by no means big!).
