Many of us including myself are avid juicers holding the belief that it is good- even better for us because we can easily drink more veggies than we could possibly eat in one sitting. We asked our registered dietitian Natalie Guarnaschelli what she thought and what the science says!

Thanks for the juice piece, T’ruth. Beyond the nutritional aspects whatever they may ulitmately be, I think it important to highlight the refreshing and enregizing nature of a glass of fresh vegetable juice in the morning. It really helps me have a great day and the body appreciates.
