Mothers and Daughters Pt3

As this point conversation we got the the nitty gritty, I asked the mothers how they felt about there bodies now, and the what surfaced were some honest admissions of not feeling comfortable, and concern about passing it on.
It was so incredibly moving to have such honesty and vulnerability in the space. Though one shared, we all identified, and recognized parts of ourselves in her story. take a look.

  1. I love the reminder to leave some room for unplanned stops, since the best travel memories often come from wandering beyond the main attractions. I’ve also found that visiting local markets early in the day is a great way to experience a place before it gets crowded.
