First because I wanted to address the absence of the “Eating Disorder” discussion here (which I address at the beginning of the video) and because personally I think that the topic is seldom discussed.   1. I really agree that leaving room for unplanned moments often makes a trip more memorable than a packed itinerary. I’ve found that choosing just one or two priorities each day also makes it easier to enjoy local food, neighborhoods, and conversations without feeling rushed.
